8/29 6-8 pm I was fishing with a member of one of Brainerd’s junior bass clubs I flipped a goo game creature bait with two bobber stoppers and 1/2 weight on regular owner hook I wanted to use this technique on the heavy grass mats on this lake after on an hour with no bites I switched to a realis spybait 90 is wakasagi color a retrieved it fast just under the surface this kept out of the weeds got two bass my young friend had several bites on a white chugged frog but no hookups. We also was successful on spinnerbaits and got 5 bass
