Pat Mayse Lake is an impoundment formed on the Red River in 1967 and spans 5,940 acres. Anglers come to this lake for Largemouth Bass, Spotted Bass, Crappie, White Bass and Catfish. Much of this lake is surrounded in submerged timber that makes for great cover for bass and crappies.
