Windy was blowing hard the whole night and spent more time fighting the trolling motor than fishing. Had an early blowup on a frog, but couldn't put any in the boat with it. Finally put two in the boat on wacky's but overall pretty crappy night for us. Winning weights were 9.73, 8.47, 8.33 with a big bass of 3.35.

Water surface temp was 82° and bass were hiding in shade where they could find it. Most were either suspended about 15-17' or hiding around docks WITH LILY PADS. No luck if there were no pads around the docks. Caught 19 bass between 8:45-9:25 and only 1 was a keeper skipping docks with lily pads.

Water temp sitting around 69°F. Water clarity was nuts for this lake. Could pretty easily see 10' deep, which with the amount of grass and wind made it hard to fish. Wind conditions were pretty nuts (20mph+). It seemed to be changing directions constantly and we couldn't really get a position for any period of time. The winning anglers were able to sit on a couple of points for pretty much the entire night and fill their bags. We hit the banks and pads and put a keeper in early (1.5lbs), but didn't get another keeper (3lbs) until much later in the evening. Both on wacky rigs. We spent the evening aiming for the small gaps in the pads and caught several small ones and two keepers.
