During the post spawn the bass like to get up tight against the stumps waiting for bait to come by. Throwing a dark colored jig with matching trailer tight against the stumps will result in bites. They will eat immediately if they are at the stump. Cover as many stumps as possible and you will be sure to catch some bass.
