I was throwing the Booyah Toad Runner Jr (sunburn and night train colors) around isolated lily pad patches, grass, and changes in shoreline structure (indents, duck weed, etc) early in the morning. Some fish hit it when paused a few seconds after it hit the water, while others preferred a steady retrieve. Rod was an ALX Promise 7' in medium heavy paired with a 13 fishing inception sport Z casting reel.

Largemouth were cruising around lily pads mats in shallow water. A steady retrieve of a Booyah toad runner jr across the vegetation got a good amount of blowups.
