Spent a full day chasing bass on Squam. Started morning hitting a few rock piles in the middle of coves working prop baits over the top then spinnerbaits and drop shot off the edges catching a few nice largemouth and pesky panfish. Next fished shoreline lay-downs with jig n pig and spinnerbaits; my buddy connecting with the biggest largemouth of the day at just under 6 lbs. As morning wore on worked a number of channel marker anchors in 10'+ of water with drop shot catching a number of nice smallmouth plus some yellow perch. Later fished edge of submerged ledges and points of rocky islands with spinnerbaits and drop shot catching several of smallmouths out to ~ 15', mostly < 2 lbs. Beautiful summer day and lot of bass made for a great day on Big Squam.

Tough day. Caught a few largemouth but couldn't put together a consist pattern. Caught some largemouth cranking around boulders in weeds.
