Spent 3 days prefishing/fishing the Badger State Midsummer Open. Fished northern bays. Some fish were still on bed but most fish were found slow dragging a tube in 7-10 feet on rock to sand transitions. Keitechs and a stealth invader dropshot also produced bites.

The fish were holding super tight to the borders and wouldn't eat anything but a small hair jig strolling along the bottom.
