Casting a 1/4oz bitsy bug jig and net bait paca craw above ledges and letting the current bring it back to me was the ticket. The fish would hammer this as it was bouncing downriver over the ledges and rocks.

Fish were scattered. Hard to find quality but plenty of quantity. Working the bait slow and bouncing it off of rocks worked best for larger bites.
