The key was to find a hard bottom. Docks around hard bottom were very productive. 2-3 fish off each dock. A wacky worm will also work, it was too windy to effectively fish a wacky on this day,

Work the ned rig over the top of the weeds. Both sizes of the TRD worked, but the larger TRD produced less but bigger (11"+) crappie. Work the shoreline until you catch one, then concentrate on that area, there are more. Plus you may catch a bonus bass!
