Fished lay downs about 3ft deep. Bass have been shallow since the fall transition. Fished off the bank to get a better angle at the base of the tree without pulling it over brush because I was only using 10lb line.

I used a medium heavy 7’3 6th sense fate 3. I wanted to try out the new Rapala crush city freeloader in green pumpkin and caught him with a slow straight retrieve. I slowed down with a Texas rig and caught the larger 3lb bass in the lay down.
