This is a beautiful place to fish but there is a lot of activity and pressure in this little lake and you can only fish from the bank. At sunrise, they are a lot less skittish and I was able to catch some smallmouth on the opposite side of the damn. Jerk bait with long pauses and working a senko slow was the ticket on this day.
