There are some huge largemouth bass in Lake Calhoun. In the summer, one great presentation is throwing a chatterbait around submerged vegetation. This is a trolling motor only lake, so the chatterbait is great for covering water. This bait works great fished on the inside weedlines around the lake. Make sure you are contacting the weed and ripping the bait out, that's when you will get bit.
