Bass were shallow, in 2-5' of water. Caught all mine within 5 yards of shore. The weed cutter was out today cutting weeds out of the docks by the south shore. It'll be a little easier to fish the docks and shoreline there, and that'll be a good location when the trees provide shade. I caught bass with shakey head rigged with a XZone finesse worm, and wacky with a 6" XZone stick. reds, purples, and blues seemed to work. The sky was a bit overcast, so darker colors were needed.
