Parkers is an interesting little lake that holds some nice sized pike. The eastern side is well developed, but the north, south, and western shorelines are parkland and very natural. Get out just past the weedline and on a moderate action rod cast out some DT crankbaits. These fish are on the prowl and you'll need to dial in exactly what depth they're at so try a few different cranks with varying running depths. If that fails, bust out the daredevils and try varying your retrieve to hit multiple points up and down the water column.
