Water temp was 56 degrees. Some fish could be seen cruising shallow areas. However, the week prior had cooler than normal temps which pushed the big fish back out deep. These fish were feeding on schooling minnows and perch. Cast and SLOWLY retrieve a black hair jig or paddle tail swim bait around rock piles. The bigger the rocks, the better. Be sure to make contact with the rocks every so often.
