Just landed here at Omnia Fishing and this one is from our friends at SPRO. We've known about these rods coming for a long time now. I've been waiting for them myself. Cool to see another Made in America line of rods landing here at Omnia Fishing. They've got three models to kick it off so far with the SPRO rods and we've got it starts off with that KGB Swimbait rod. So the Chad Shad, the ever famous Chad Shad and the KGB swimbaits, SPRO in conjunction with those guys designed this swimbait rod as you see the American flag here. We've got a made in the USA rod. I think believe this thing's coming in under $300 of really good value for a US made rod. Really long handle on this thing. Very impressive in hand. It's very lightweight. It's got a Fuji reel seat. Probably the most universal comfortable Fuji reel seat in my opinion. I don't know why more manufacturers don't use this one. It's really common real seat, but it's got less and less common throughout the years . But it's probably the most comfortable one I think there is in the market. Fuji guides, 40 ton graphite blank. So if you're in the market for a big swimbait rod that doesn't weigh anything, this thing is really impressive. Everybody here said, oh, I hope they make a one with a shorter handle for flipping soon. So that's a tip for you out there, SPRO.

Next up, we have a RkCrawler rod. So you know who worked on this one here. The SPRO RkCrawlers, one of the most popular crankbaits. Even with the shrinking of crankbaits importance in our tackle boxes with foraward-facing sonar these days, the SPRO RkCrawler keeps going like this. That just tells you that bait in particular is a fish snatcher. It's doing really well, not just in that Ozark area. I know even up here in Minnesota, we've found a home for it with smallmouth. It's become a really popular crankbaiter on the country and full cork handle on this one. I'm pretty jacked up about that. I think I might try this one myself. Really thin blank for a crankbait rod. This is a moderate action to this thing, but it is a really, really thin lightweight rod done very well. Very under stated cosmetics to it, which I really like. I think it makes the rod even though it's understated look rich, if that makes sense. But once again, made in the USA on this one as well.

And lastly, you've got the SPRO McStick. So you got a jerkbait stick here. This is a 6'10" that SPRO Mc - RkCrawler rod. I'm sorry, I didn't mention was a 7'2" moderate. This right here is a jerkbait rod designed by Mr. McStick himself, Mike McClelland, but you've got a SPRO jerkbait rod here made in the USA that's short light. And this thing is really, really light in hand. It's got a great action to it. Perfect for jerkbait fishing. It does have a little bit of a faster taper on the bend here, but when you load it up and give it some power, it's pretty moderate. So you could get away with a pretty deep diving jerkbait. You still get enough power in the tip to get action out of the jerkbait. But if you hook them with light line, the the backbone's moderate enough that you'll bolt those fish of light wire hooks. So all the SPRO rods are on the site now, these three models, hopefully they kick us out some more made in the USA spro rods. [Music]
