The Pflueger President XT spinning reels take the President to the next level of performance. These lightweight reels are ultra-fast thanks to a high-speed gear ratio. Featuring an aluminum main shaft, aluminum pinion gear, sealed drag, carbon fiber handle, and a rubber cork knob.
This reel has a 10 Bearing System - Corrosion-resistant stainless steel ball bearings; Aluminum Main Shaft - which is 30% lighter than stainless steel; Aluminum Pinion Gear - 60% lighter than traditional brass gear; Braid Ready Spool - Allows braid to be tied directly to spool; Sealed Drag System - ensures the system is always lubricated, resulting in always being smooth; Rubber Cork Knobs - Comfortable non-slip design. All of these features are packed into the Pflueger President XT.
