Ivins Reservoir, sometimes called Fire Lake is in southern Utah with a holding capacity of about 500 acre feet of water.  It was built in 1918 as an irrigation and recreation lake.  Over the years it's received modifications including the addition of Fire Lake Park in 2016.  It's commonly used for swiming and fishing today.  The Lake does have moderate amounts of vegetation and largemouth bass.  Anglers commonly use jigs...
