Smallmouth BassTechniqueNed RigsSeasonSummerStructureBouldersA buddy and I fished the Allegheny river for smallmouth. We did catch quite a few of them with most being small but, enough keeper size were caught as well. We also caught tiny spotted bass which was nice to see! The fish were caught using Ned rigs in a variety of colors and weights. The one pictured hit a Ned rig it was the largest of the day.

Fished the Allegheny River, this weekend caught a few decent size(legal 12”) it was slow tho zman came thru again. I did not take any pictures unfortunately sorry!! Will try to do better

great topwater bite on the choppo. I feel like the choppo works better in stronger current and doesnt roll as much. plus the smallies really love it.

KastKing Spartacus 2 reel. Unweighted Slow role the retrieve just fast enough to work the legs. Fished on the bank, in the middle, around grass and boulders as well as rapids. The ZMan goat toad just works, got me in the money on both Susky and Allegheny.

this bait paired with this line is very deadly. I cant say how many fish i caught on this great bait. with it having bait fuel on it as well. watch out and hang on!
