We caught 20+ stripers on soft body Swimbaits in less than 5 feet of water. We fished the structure the low tide created ( humps and ridges of sand that were out of the water) the stripers would sit right off of the structure in about 2 or so feet of water. The bites were really aggressive and if they missed the would always come back for it. Shallow water striper has to be one of the best ways to catch big and a lot of stripers
