Water was stained, and in the 53-55F range. It was cold, windy and rainy. The guys that did catch them, caught them on jigs pitching right up on the bank, and the livescope guys, fishing in 70' of water.

Tried to fish for em shallow with water temp hovering around 50F. Moved to 30 feet of water, and found some big bait balls 15-17' down. Fan casted the Spro RkCrawler till I found a willing school that would bite. One temp moved into 53-53 range, they moved shallow, and a spinnerbait cleaned em up.
