My son and I found a hot bite on the south side of the lake in 10' of water around 4pm on father's day. It seemed like a flat on the electronics even though mapping showed it should drop off. Senko neko rigs produced most of our fish, with a Texas rig rage bug doing just as well. Nothing else would get a nibble. Plenty of boats were trolling by, fishing the edge and I didn't see them catch anything.

Fishing was really tough. Only caught two and really couldn’t figure out a great pattern. Saw a ton of fish near bottom in about 12 feet by weed lines. Also noticed a bunch of dead bluegill and crappie on the surface so I’m wondering if something is going on with the lake.

Skipping senkos underneath docks worked tonight. We had a couple of follows on moving baits but no bites on anything but senkos.

We hit docks and shallow weed edges looking for Largemouth. Creature baits were working well especially the Baby Brush Hawgs! Get out and hook a big one!
