Saw a ton of fish near bottom in about 12 feet by weed lines. Also noticed a bunch of dead bluegill and crappie on the surface so I’m wondering if something is going on with the lake.

Top water catch running an old school Berkley Blade Dancer on top of lily pads. Catches fish every trip. They really need to bring these back!

We hit docks and shallow weed edges looking for Largemouth. Creature baits were working well especially the Baby Brush Hawgs! Get out and hook a big one!

The big fish were still in deeper water. We caught a few small ones shallow, but the bigger ones haven’t moved up yet. Straight retrieve or yo yo off the bottom.
