TechniqueBladed JigsSeasonSpring (Pre-Spawn)StructureLily PadsFish were aggressive towards green pumpkin colored bladed jigs with the Zako as a trailer. The trailer made a difference. Bass were up shallow, less than 4ft. Not on beds, just cruising. Flats with pad stems emerging had the most "bigger" fish. Didn't catch anything over 2.5lbs. Lots of dinks anywhere along the shoreline were after small swimbaits. It was a partly cloudy day with a light breeze. Water temp was 62 degrees.
