Good wacky bite in the morning. Around docks and up shallow sight fishing (not on beds). The wind picked up significantly, so I switched to a Ned Rig. By this time the fish had moved out to the weed edges. Cast about 10' into the weeds and let the Ned drift out to the weed edge.
