Work a wacky rig around the edges and open areas of the lily pads. The wind picked up to the point that it was tough to fish a weightless wacky.

look for isolated pads in the shallows, throw a wacky rig in there and wait a few seconds then pop it a little bit and you should get some fish.

Don't be afraid to go shallow, there were fish tight to the bank. I also worked the pads with a frog, and I had 0 blow ups.
