Largemouth BassTechniqueFootball JigsSeasonSummerStructureRock PileLooked for some offshore rock piles in 8-17ft of water then when I found them, I would drag the baby dozer from Beast Coast over those rock piles. Many smallmouth were caught and a few largemouth were even found. The offshore largemouth I found to have tremendous size to them. The biggest (in picture) went 5.51lbs, but I also caught a 4.27lb largemouth as well doing the same thing. I did also find some fish in my usual shallow areas as well. Using the lil mag jig, I made a few culls to my best five fishing some of those shallow areas I know hold fish. I ended the day with my best five consisting of four largemouth and one smallmouth totaling 17.28lbs.
