Found most of the fish on banks in 3-4 ft caught on cranks and spinners next to structure on the banks

Seen a lot of bluegills up shallow when putting the boat in. Went along the rocks and picked a few off. They would hit it right on the bank. Probably could have caught a few more on a wacky rig but would much rather throw a spinnerbait!
