Largemouth BassTechniqueShallow Diving Crankbaits (0-6')SeasonSpring (Pre-Spawn)StructureSubmerged VegetationEarly May, water temps 54-57F, Partly Sunny & Cloudy mix. wind 5-10mph. Best fish located in weedy bays where bass are moving to spawn, but they are holding in 2-5ft in patch green weeds adjacent to hard bottom and pad stem areas. Slow roll swim jigs and chatterbait / bladed jig style baits in Black Blue & Green Pumpkin for best results. Likely to get some nice Bonus Northern Pike at the same time.
