I run the spinner bait right through the the brush, if the hit it, then I drop the Ned bait right buy the brush. The 30 lb braid has no effect on the action, water is muddy. Big trees have good fish on them . Lots of fun fall fishing.

Chattfield resv Water Temps are high mid 75 -80 . Fishing around the flooded brush was the ticket on this day. There were lots of bigger fish, and did not mind all the boat traffic. Check out the nice fish from 18 to 19 in size smallmouth bass . Have fun and be safe on the water.
