TechniqueDrop ShotSeasonSummerStructureLedgesI used the above mentioned baits to catch smallmouth and large mouth bass and I also used a power bait worm in bluefleck to catch largemouths. I caught 17.8 lbs in one tournament that I fished the bulk came on tubes and one on a power worm. I used the power worm for the rest of that week and finished 3rd over all. Forgot to mention that I also caught walleyes each day using the same baits

TechniqueVertical Jigging Shallow (0-9')SeasonSummerStructureDocksGood-sized bluegill will be spawning up shallow all summer, usually some decent sized perch aren't far behind. You can even find some crappie mixed in, but keepers are tough to find. Look for any big/isolated docks and any hard spots near them. I use a grub to locate the fish and once I find them I like fishing a small jig under a bobber

TechniqueFrogs/ToadsSeasonSummerStructureDocksBest bets are going either super shallow or super deep. Early morning fish topwater around docks/pads and slow down with wacky rigs and flukes. If you're going way out deep, look for any offshore structure and I recommend drop shots, jerkbaits, and football jigs
