The key was finding rock piles right off the main river channel and working it real slow. The top water bite picked up right before dark for about 30 min.

Lots of fishing being caught on a bladed jig along grass lines and flipping a rage bug around wood cover. Rigging that rage bug on the mustad alpha point hook hasn’t let me down yet! That hook is stout and has an excellent hook up ratio.
