TechniqueBladed JigsSeasonSummerStructureReeds8/13/2022: We tore them up today. Mostly smallmouth with some largemouth mixed in. The fish were stacked up on wind blown grass points in 3-5 ft of water. Forward facing sonar, chatterbaits, and a finesse follow up bait were a three headed monster. We found a massive school of smallmouth early and caught more largemouth as we hit similar spots and ran the pattern. There is a lot of dead water so a run and gun approach is recommended until you land on them.
