Cast outside of the reeds just off of a ledge as the sun is setting and the (eater-size) walleyes love the underspin. Caught some baby largies too. For the trophy walleyes, I recommend the jackhammer chatterbait around the same structure.

Had a blast throwing moving baits most of the morning. Chatterwagon with a razor shad was the deal in the thick stuff. Found a nice point of weeds and got on them with a jerkin plug and had a ball. Cleaned up with the cover scat on a ringed hook. Fish were fat and chewing good in the wind. Green weeds were key.
