Smallmouth BassTechniqueHard JerkbaitsSeasonFallStructurePointsWind was blowing pretty good this morning so I decided to fish main lake points, long sand bars and holders. Not a lot bit but when you had one it was a good one. Water temperature was 64 and wind was blowing around 12 to 15 miles per hour. Also my boat was seating on 25 foot of water and I was casting shallow around 6 feet of water. Glad I could use my spot lock!

I fished reeds between 2 to 5 foot of water. I was paying attention on the little pockets, points and isolated patches. I caught over 20 fishes but only 6 keepers. My best five was 15 pounds.
