Warm party cloudy day. Bass were active and after faster moving baits. The jackhammer with blade minnow trailer came through as usual. Landed 5 fish over 3lb. 5 fish bag of 15lb 6oz. Not a bad day fishing from shore! Weeds are starting to get thick here but I was still able to work the chatterbait through. I'd bring some weedless options as well though as the weeds continue to come in thick.

High seventies outside, very sunny day. Bass and Pike were few and far between but the bluegill were schooled up. Caught 35 or so on Berkley gulp and a very small hook. Loads of fun out in the kayak!
