This lake doesn’t have much grass on it so most of the lakes structure are the many docks. Skipping wacky rigs deep under the docks accounted for a lot of bites. With it being post spawn, many of the fish were smaller males but did hook into a few good fish and caught one 20 1/2.

Had a great time deep in January on this lake twice this year. Clam bombspoons or pinhead minnows 1/16oz size tipped with a waxworm or crappie minnow head have worked well. Getting away from the west side seemed to offer schools of 8+" crappies quite often on the deepest transition of this bowl shaped lake. Fairly high pressure but it produced.
