Our house is right at our marina and I often fish for 30 to 45 minutes off the dock. Water is shallow with weeds. I use the Outkast Golden eye s/wimmer, usually green pumpkin or white head with a Keitech fat soft swimmer. The smallmouth magic seems to work best with the green head. I usually catch 2-4 largemouth in the 30-45 minutes. On Wed, 9/14, I caught a nice one on my first cast and they just kept biting. Ended up with 12 largemouth in about 90 minutes. Wide variety of sizes.

I caught this fish later in the afternoon. I was fishing off a platform and tossed a weightless wacky worm rig about 20 feet out from where it drops off into deeper water, I let it sink to the bottom and sit for a minute, gave it a little pop and that's when the fish bit.
