Captain, Steve here. The Croc O Gator Swamp swimmer worm continues to produce size and numbers of Bass Here on headwaters. Fission of 1/16 ounce Texas Rig has been the key to a lot of bites. Fishing moving beats early as well as top water has also been producing some good fish. The south part of the lake has been showing out lately with these presentations fishing the edge of the Hydrilla Early and then moving to the edges of the Hydrilla mats as the day progresses. Captain Steve here from Fl Big Bass Adventures. Fishing the drops on the edges of the man made deeper water pits was key today. We would cast into 3-4 foot and drag the croc o gator worms through the grass to the break where the fish were staging. Summer pattern mostly right now and the fish are in bunches. Catch one and slow waaaaay down and pick the area apart. Texas rigged with a 3/16 oz epic baits tungsten was the set up. Tight lines.
