Found fish roaming around the outside weed lines but we’re not really in the mood to bite moving baits. So I used a jig worm like the Zoom Trick worm and rigged it Texas style. Used a 1/8 ounce weight and a split ring ewg hook. Worked great. Caught many fish in the 3-4 pound range.

Had alot of big bites and caught a few nice ones offshore. We found good grass growing and there was sunny beds in the pockets. So we pitched Texas rigs into the holes and caught some nice ones doing it. A rage bug with an unpegged vmc 3/8s weight was a very solid combo.
