Caught my new pb at Four Lakes today. Weighing in at around mid 5lbs, this fish was in the heavy weeds in the corner of the lake. It hit the lure with real good force.

Me and my buddy was out at Four Lakes for eleven hours, we ended up with 22 bass and the biggest being a 2.5. We went around the whole lake using jigs and RatLtraps. Both worked very well, and both imitated Shad. Everywhere on the lake worked, not one spot was more better from the other. The Shad in the lake were healthy, and there was a large abundance of them.

I went over to Four Lakes, I went on the far end. The bass were stacked in the corner, I took a swim jig and a Rattle Trap and caught 6 immediately.

When finding fish in this lake, find large shad schools, bass are not far. Down in up to 8ft in the lake, cast a lipless straight through the shad school and wait for a bite. Shad schools are all over the lake, but mainly in the main lake, not on the left lake. I was able to catch a 4.11, 3.2, and a 3.7 on a back-to back-to back casts. The bass schools were crazy with shad.
