Started the morning fishing by the spillway. The bass were up shallow. Saw a big girl swimming by the rocks near the spillway and got her to bite on the wacky worm. Was able to catch another in the new growth of pads and submerged vegetation. The weather got very windy and the bite got tough. Moved to the NW side of the lake and caught a nice one by dragging a jig across a wind blown, rocky point coming off Devil's Island. I wasn't able to fish long because of the wind but the quality of bass was great.
