Freshwater drum are hitting well on the Fox River, especially when using Berkley Gulp. The bite has been strong in deeper pools and near current breaks, with most drum in the 2–4 lb range. Fish are responding best to slow presentations along the bottom, and the Gulp worms are holding their own against live bait. Midday action has been solid.
