I found the crappie again suspended around brush piles near the basin. They were still in shallow enough water (12’-15’) where I could get them and not have to wait forever for my jig to get to them which was good. Fun day overall!

I was bass fishing and then panned over to a couple brushpiles that were just offshore and noticed it was LOADED with crappie. Nothing huge (8-9”), but if you sorted through them there were bigger ones in the schools. Ended up catching ~20 in less than an hour. Very fun day with Livescope looking like a darn Christmas tree!
