Fished at night. Loads of vegetation. Was finding lines and holes on electronics and working it with topwater, chatterbaits and texas rigs. Couldn't land any on topwater but the chatterbait just under the surface ticking the grass worked.

The weeds are in full effect now. Fished around them with topwater but did not get a bite. Switched to a chatterbait and caught some between the shore and the floating mats. Fished the AM from about 5:30-7:30

Got a mess of dinks and a couple bigger fish once it got dark. The war eagle night time spinnerbait was the top performer even after I lost the rattles on it. This is by far one of my favorite night time baits, as it does a good job being worked around weed lines and stays up above the submerged vegetation but can be worked slower.

Fishing was slower than it had been recently. Fished for a few hours at night and only landed two. Most of the vegetation that was on the surface had sunk. Fished a spinnerbait and topwater over the vegetation closest to deeper water. A popper worked slowly did best to get the fish to commit to the bait.
