Only the game hog produced bites. Smallmouth are more prominent the closer I get to Graham lake. Fish were less active. Conditions were medium rain all day. Was exploring new areas because I was gifted a farming stricken. Was focusing on drop offs.

(I’m in a pedal kayak) Was trying various diving crank baits early in the morning and didn’t really have any luck. I eventually switched to soft baits and using my Texas rig combo I really figured out a pattern. I down sized at first and caught a fair amount of 3 pounders. I eventually tried the full the size brush hog. But had no luck and switched back to the baby brush hog. 3.6 pounds was the biggest today, with multiple over 3 pounds
