Despite the heat and the storms moving through the area, Big Green Lake produced very well today. The water has cleared up nicely, and the fishing continues to improve. My clients had a great day on the water, with lots of action, including plenty of follows, blowups, and fish caught. Everyone landed fish and went home happy. The water temperature was 72 degrees, and most of the algae seems to have been blown away, making conditions much better for fishing. Overall, it was a fun and productive day on the water.
