It was hot out and the water was wavy but we managed to catch a lot of fish and tested out new techniques everyone caught PBs and they will be back.

This client had a great day once we found fish along the rocks and he learned how to set the hook correctly he landed many smallies and had the trip of a lifetime! His sister was catching smallies too!

The bluebird skies made the conditions tough, and the bites were light but they never gave up and once they figured out the difference between a weed and a fish they had a great time! They caught largies and smallies and we just followed a weed edge and threw wacky rigged senkos with patience. It was a great afternoon trip for these two.

This face says it all. This was his biggest Smallie to date, the photo doesn’t show it but the belly was fat and it battled. The fish is released and he’s happy as can be. The fish were in about 10feet of rocky water and the action was non stop. What a great day!

Fish were spitting up 2.5” craws all the way to the boat. Some groups of bigger fish were in the areas with fish cribs near by.
