Smallies were a tough bite but found some on the breaks in about 10 ft of water. Tubes on 1/4oz jig head and a few on a grub on swimjig head.

Went looking for walleyes after seeing Brian’s report and ended up doing well on Smallmouth bass. They tended to be in 12 to14 feet of water around points and the entrance to bays. Used a slip bobber and kept the minnow 1 to 2 ft off the bottom. On average they were 2.5 to 3 lbs.
