Largemouth BassTechniqueHard JerkbaitsSeasonWinterStructureOpen Water/BasinExcellent day on the water throwing the Megabass Vision 110jr +1. Fish were slowish in the morning as expected, but as the sun began to shine and the wind picked up, the bite was on. Between points, rocky banks, small ditches and stickups the fish that I saw on Livescope would at minimum track the bait if they saw it. The wildest pattern I found was fish using sheets of ice as cover... I'd throw it as close to the ice as possible and nearly every time, a fish would dart out from under it. Never would this Florida boy ever thunk he'd be catching fish from under ice. Nothing massive to write home about, but 12 fish hit the deck and the best 5 went close to 13lbs. Full video of the day can be found on my YouTube channel @TheKurrent.
