TechniqueFootball JigsSeasonSpring (Pre-Spawn)StructureBrush PilesWent out this day to try the Shimano Mastiff line that I received from Omnia and Shimano, Thank you both!!!! It was cold and windy, it took a couple of hours to figure out how to catch a fish. They were stingy for sure. Anyway, I tied on a football jig in green pumpkin with a strikeking chunk in green pumpkin. I worked it thru deep wood and the Shimano mastiff line alerted me of a bite. And I set the hook on the first of six fish I caught that day. None were giants, but, it felt good to finally get bit. I was out the week prior and didn’t catch a thing! Probably because I didn’t have my mastiff line on! Tight lines all, Bob
